Austin Mielczarek | Broker Owner
Starting his career in manufacturing consulting and technical/engineering sales, Austin quickly realized that while he loved solving problems, there was more to life than a 9-5 job. With his family investing in real estate back 3 generations, building an investment portfolio made sense. In 2017, Austin started investing in properties in the Indianapolis metro area, and not long after found himself as a licensed real estate agent. After being named Keller Williams’ Rookie of the Year in 2020, Austin went on to claim the spot as the #1 individual KW agent in Q1 of 2021 and then to be named as Livian, Keller Williams’ in house national expansion team’s, Director of Lead Generation in 2022. Toward the end of 2022, Austin ventured back out to launch Luxe/re, Indianapolis’ favorite luxury real estate team.
When Austin isn’t helping consult consumers with respect to real estate transactions and wealth building, you’ll find him spending time with his daughter Reagan, climbing mountains, or catching waves on a beach.
Blaike Travis | REALTOR
As a Columbus, Indiana native; Blaike Travis graduated with two degrees from the IU Kelley School of Business and quickly found a passion for real estate. With years of experience in the service industry, Blaike’s attention to detail and knack for the best customer service around make him a true joy to work with. Starting with Livian, Keller Williams’ expansion team, Blaike quickly saw himself topping the charts as one of the top listing agents in the country. Shortly after, Blaike chose to partner with Luxe/re in order to increase his business in the luxury real estate segment.
If you catch Blaike with his hair down outside of work, chances are you’ll find him on a disc golf course, hiking mountains out West, spending time with his girlfriend Autumn, dog Sushi or cat Robin.
